JPS Cole kicked off its journey in August 2022, and what an exciting journey it has been! We started as a one-person outfit, providing financial director services to small and medium enterprises on a part-time, interim, or project basis. But we soon realized that, especially in the dynamic post-COVID world, businesses needed financial support at every turn. Thanks to our rapid growth and strong connections with other professional organizations, we’ve expanded our capabilities to deliver exceptional support to businesses across a variety of sectors.

Neil Bryan
Neil is a qualified chartered accountant, having earned his CIMA designation in 2004.
His career has spanned sectors such as manufacturing, construction, professional sport, and non-profit organizations, allowing him to develop a versatile skill set. Neil's approach is characterized by a strong focus on strategic planning and financial analysis, ensuring that his clients receive tailored advice that aligns with their unique needs. He is known for his ability to simplify complex financial concepts, making them accessible and actionable for business owners and stakeholders alike.
Outside of his professional commitments, Neil enjoys mentoring aspiring accountants, believing in the importance of nurturing the next generation of financial leaders. His commitment to excellence and integrity makes him a valuable partner for any organization aiming to enhance its financial health and drive sustainable growth.

Outside of work you will find Neil either with his family, on his bike, doing something football related, or in Florida on holiday!
We’re delighted to welcome Gail Perry to the JPS Cole team as our new Finance Manager.
Gail brings over 25 years of experience in financial and management accounting, having worked across a range of sectors including life sciences, manufacturing, retail, and hospitality. Her background includes senior roles with Simbec-Orion, S.A. Brain & Co., and Peacocks Stores, where she developed a reputation for accuracy, insight, and calm leadership.
What stands out most about Gail is her practical, people-focused approach. She’s passionate about making finance understandable and useful for everyone — helping teams see the story behind the numbers and make confident, informed decisions. She also has a real flair for improving processes and mentoring others, ensuring that finance works as a true partner to the wider organisation.
Away from spreadsheets and budgets, Gail is a proud mum to and enjoys spending time with family, discovering new places, and making memories together.
